Shipping policy

Orders placed before 4pm Monday–Friday will be despatched the same day and delivered within 2-4 working days.
Despatch times may vary during sales or busy periods.

UK Saturday Delivery

Orders placed after 4pm Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.

UK Collect in Store

Collect orders free of charge from your nearest All-in-One Golf Gear store.
Same-day collection available at select stores for orders placed before 4pm GMT/BST.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Orders are held in store for 10 days. After this, uncollected orders are cancelled and refunded.

Requirements for Collection:

Digital or printed order confirmation
Credit/debit card used for purchase

Photo ID

If collected by someone else, signed written permission plus above items

Additional Delivery Information

Deliveries are made between 8:30am and 6pm
Tracking details are sent by our delivery partner
Deliveries are not made to Parcel Motels, PO boxes (except UAE), hotels or Armed Forces addresses
Please allow 1–2 additional working days in exceptional circumstances

Payments & Taxes

Sales taxes and duties are calculated based on the delivery address and displayed at checkout and on your invoice.
Orders outside the UK may incur import duties, which are your responsibility.
All All-in-One Golf Gear goods remain property of All-in-One Golf Gear until full payment and delivery/collection.

Only Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted.

Payment must be made in full to the delivery personnel
Orders may be verified by our team before dispatch

Insurance & Lost Goods

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage until delivery or collection.
If items are lost in transit, contact Customer Care within 14 days (28 days for stationery).

Damaged items must be reported within 30 days.

Discrepancies in order contents must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Safe place delivery instructions are followed by the courier; responsibility shifts once delivered.

Tracking & Communication

Tracking details will be sent by the courier
Deliveries are monitored via GPS for safe and secure delivery
